Formats for ClickHouse®-Kafka® data exchange

When connecting ClickHouse® to Kafka® using Aiven integrations, data exchange is possible with the following formats only:

AvroConfluent	Binary Avro with schema registry. Requires the Karapace Schema Registry to be enabled in the Kafka service.
